Atlantica Dreams Resort

Hey there! We usually don't write reviews, but our experience at Atlantica Dreams Resort was too good not to share. We've been to a bunch of places over the years, but this one takes the cake. When we arrived the receptionists were as friendly as ever. Check-in was quick, and they handed us a cold drink. They even gave us a ride to our room on a golf cart, so we didn't have to drag our luggage. Nice touch! Our room was a knockout! It was clean, spacious, and with an amazing private pool with a view to remember. The electric blinds and curtains made it easy to enjoy it whenever. Now, the food – wow! The resort has several restaurants included with the all-inclusive deal. We tried the Greek, Italian and modern. Each of them was amazing! had its own thing and we totally recommend trying them all :) The buffet was also top-notch with tasty options, big variety and killer desserts. The staff was incredible! they were the for anything you want or need and always with a smile :) The pools were great, plenty of spots to soak up the sun (even though we spend most of the time in our private pool which again was superb!), and we stayed for 4 unforgettable nights. We're definitely coming back. Huge thanks to the whole team for an awesome stay!

Travelled here for a week as a couple at the beginning of October. First impressions were outstanding, the check in process was easy and we loved that they looked after our bags outside whilst we checked in, then took us to the room on the caddy. We arrived late on Saturday night (TUI flight- they were also great), and had sandwhiches and snacks in the room for us. The whole stay was superb and we loved the Bohdi bar by the beach, we sunbathed here every day on the bean bags as they are way more comfy than the sunloungers. We hired a car for a day via the hotel, and took a trip to Rhodes which was worth it. The food was great, mostly. The meat was hit and miss and the resteraunts were lovely but lacked the 5 star quality. During one meal, my potato was still raw and inedible, during another meal my cheesecake was still frozen. Another con would be the bar staff, they are all so miserable and it really takes away from the experience, such a shame. And lastly, the buffet resteraunt was always an anxiety triggering experience for us. For such a large hotel I thought we'd be able to escape the screeming kids but it was impossible, they were everywhere. When you arrive at the resteraunt you get shown to a table, usually surrounded by children, quite often we would move straight after to a "quieter" section, and then we would be surrounded again. We would eat as quickly as possible so we could leave. So if you dont like being around children, I wouldnt recommend. Next time we will go to an adults only hotel, or to one with an adult only eating area. The other staff around the hotel were great. The room was made up every day and also recieved these amazing little snack pots with nuts and corn, I recommend storing these for your return journey :) The entertainment was ok, but we are quite happy with quieter evenings anyway. We enjoyed the short quizzes at the theatre. We were really happy to find out we could enjoy the all inclusive on our last day after check out, we werent being picked up till 6:45pm but were still able to use the facilities and eat the food, even a quick dinner at 6:30. They have a whole seperate building for storing luggage and showers etc, really great touch! Sort out the bar staff, sort out the food, and this would be a 5 star rating.

Great hotel, all the staff were nice throughout. Could maybe do with receiving more information upon arrival like the locations of all the bars/restaurants etc. The location of the hotel was pretty far from any place you'll visit. The bus journeys are long and arduous as there are so many hotels to pick up/drop off from. Other than this no complaints about the hotel, no worrying about getting sunbeds at any time during the day whether at the pool or beach, and no worries about finding a table for drinks on a night.

If you are booking this as a Five Star it isn't. Spotlessly clean, nice rooms, friendly staff. Entertainment awful, 4 reps and a duo (who sucked the life out of the place).Same songs and styles sung in all sessions. Food wise on face value there is lots but the meat was terrible. As for the afternoon snack when you just want a burger, well see the pic. Also the A-la-carte , well they may be in name but trust me the made up prices on the very limited menus are there to convince guests they have got a bargain. Drinks, nice cocktails tho the Mojito definitely needs work. Wine awful, lager OK though on the plus they do use some non-local brands. Wouldn't spend the extra on a swim up pool as they are in the shade most of the time. Nice adults only area and family area. Overall I would rate this as a 4 star service (just) in a 5 star setting. Cost £1300pp for 7 days in September NOTE if you are looking at this place as a beach wedding personally I would give it a miss. The wedding "altar" was on a very uneven bit of grass, looked like it was made from 4x2 and painted white. The beach isn't a sandy one either
